1" longer much more heavy duty pressed out the factory bushings, and pressed them in the new ones the longer upper arms rotate the axle to decrease the pinion angle which in-turn straightened my drive shaft so it is no longer in a bind from the increase in suspension height
my jeep currently has a Dana 30 in the front coupled toghter with an Aussie locker "this thing works great" In the rear I have a dana 44 with a Auburn ECTED electric locker so basically I can climb like a mounitain goat. Both axels our stuffed with 4.88 yukon gears which I installed myself which is a whole lot of work. I have a 4" Tuff Country lift and a home made 1 1/4" body lift. I don't recomend a body lift but a good way to get your drive line in the correct angles you do a 1" body lift with a 1" motor mount lift which I did using a JKS system. I have 35 X 12.50 Mickey Thompson MTZ's. To help with the power I have installed a K&N cold air intake that added about 10 horsepower, I then had to replace to replace my header the new one is suppose to add about 12 horsepower, I also added a flowmaster muffler that should add some power but I almost think it took some away. I am now making bumpers for jeeps in my spare time, I will also be making other parts.
